Welcome to PPSV Charities. 3. Donations & Purchases

Donations and purchases are processed through secure third-party payment providers. All sales and donations are, unless otherwise stated or required by law, final. We will clearly indicate the amount and purpose of any transaction before you confirm it.

4. Programs & Content

Information, resources, and content provided through our Services are for general informational and educational purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or emergency care. All content on the Services — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is owned by or licensed to PPSV Charities and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

If you submit content to us (such as messages, stories, or form responses), you grant PPSV Charities a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for the purposes for which it was submitted. You represent that you have the right to share any content you submit.

7. Social Media & Third-Party Platforms

Our organization may publish content to its own official social media accounts through authorized internal tools. Your use of third-party platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, or YouTube) is governed by those platforms' own terms and policies, which we do not control.
