PPSV Charities respects your right to control your personal information. If you would like us to delete the personal data we hold about you — including any data obtained when you created an account, subscribed to our communications, made a donation or purchase, or when your account was linked through a social media login — you can request deletion at any time using the steps below.

How to Request Deletion

What Happens Next

• We will acknowledge your request promptly and complete the deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law.
• We will delete or de-identify the personal data we hold about you across our systems (including our database and any stored social media access tokens associated with your account).
• We will confirm by email once your request has been completed.

Information We May Retain

In certain cases, we may be legally or operationally required to retain limited information even after a deletion request — for example:

• Records of donations or purchases required for tax, accounting, or legal compliance.
• Information necessary to prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, or comply with a legal obligation.

Any retained information is kept only as long as necessary for those purposes and is otherwise protected under our Privacy Policy.

Social Media Connections

If an official PPSV Charities account was connected to a social media platform (such as a Facebook Page or linked Instagram Professional account) through our internal admin tools, the access tokens we store can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the account within our admin panel or by contacting us at the email above. You can also remove PPSV Charities' access directly from your platform's settings:

• Facebook/Instagram: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations → remove PPSV Charities.
